Watters Osborne, against the former administrator of the estate, Tom Fillion, and the surety on the administrator's bond, Lawyers Surety Corporation ("LSC"). Osborne sought to recover a debt previously established by judgment against the estate from the administrator, personally, and the surety on his bond, and attorney's fees.
