In this contract case Miller, the defendant below, raises three issues on appeal: (1) whether there is sufficient evidence to sustain the judgment or whether it is contrary to the evidence; (2) whether the oral contract for the purchase of a skidder is enforceable; and (3) whether the oral contract should be enforced because of Code of Alabama 1975, § 5-19-16 dealing with unconscionable contracts.
