ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for voluntary manslaughter; punishment is imprisonment for twelve (12) years.

Appellant complains that she twice was placed in jeopardy in violation of the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution, and that the court erred in refusing to sustain her plea of former jeopardy and in refusing to allow her to voir dire the jury...
