John D. Doescher was indicted on January 20, 1975, in Cause No. F-75-207-JI, for the offense of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon alleged to have been committed on or about January 4, 1975. On March 10, 1975, Petitioner was tried before a jury upon his plea of not guilty. The jury found him guilty of the offense alleged in the indictment.
