SUGG, Justice, for the Court:

This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County which affirmed an order of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Jackson finding that Little was discharged for cause.

On September 28, 1976, the Acting Chief of Police of the City of Jackson suspended Little without pay and notified Little by letter of his intent to dismiss him from the Jackson Police Department. The reasons...
