This is an appeal from a denial of post-conviction relief, 13 V.S.A. §§ 7131-7137. The petitioner, Steven Michael Raymond, referred to hereinafter as the defendant, was arraigned in district court on July 16, 1976, on a charge of aiding another in the commission of an armed robbery.
