This is an appeal by the State from the following order as entered by the Bradley County Criminal Court:

"This cause came on to be heard on the 27th day of May, 1978, upon Motion by the Defendants for return of certain weapons confiscated from the Defendants in this cause. From the record and proof, it appears that the following guilty pleas were entered in this Court by Raymond L. Bradam, his son Richard Bradam, his daughter...
