On June 15, 1978, in the Superior Court (Penobscot County), the Defendant, Allan Dunton, was convicted upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of the Class A crime of robbery, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 651. The Defendant appeals to this Court from that judgment of conviction, raising two issues for our consideration: The Defendant asserts that (a) the in-court identification was unnecessarily suggestive; and (b) the testimony of certain witnesses should...
