This is an appeal from a judgment denying recovery on a wrongful death action brought by the surviving widow and two adult children of Samuel Bailey, who was killed in a boating accident on May 27, 1973, on Lake Livingston. The action was based on strict products liability in tort against the seller of the bass boat deceased was operating at the time of his death.
