Plaintiff, San Antonio Bank & Trust (Bank), filed this suit to recover on a promissory note executed by Pletz Building Systems, Inc. (Systems). Bank also sought to recover from the other defendant, M. B. Pletz, alleging that he had guaranteed payment of the Systems note. The trial court granted judgment in favor of Bank against Systems but, based on the jury findings, denied Bank any recovery against Pletz. Bank appeals...
