KENNEDY, Judge.

Following an evidentiary hearing, the trial court denied to appellant Ellis Eaton, Jr., a writ of error coram nobis by which he sought to set aside a 1971 judgment of conviction for burglary and stealing in the Circuit Court of Platte County. We reject the appeal and affirm the trial court's order denying the writ.
