Anna Marie Taylor brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. Sections 2000e et seq., against Philips Industries, Inc. ("Philips"), alleging that she was unlawfully discriminated against in wages and ultimately discharged because of her sex.
