Carl Holt, George Overton and Gazelle Holt appeal convictions of armed robbery for which each was sentenced to a term of ten years in the state penitentiary. In addition, Carl Holt appeals from a conviction of malicious shooting, for which he was sentenced to a term of not less than two years nor more than four years in the state penitentiary.
