Appellant Kenneth Patterson filed this worker's compensation claim alleging that his employment as a welder for appellee Tucker Steel resulted in a disabling lung disease. The trial court, after excluding certain portions of Dr. Haraf's testimony on behalf of Mr. Patterson, dismissed the action for failure to prove that the lung condition was employment-related.
