OPINION

HARBISON, Justice.

Petitioner was convicted of murder in the second degree and sentenced to serve thirty years and one day in the state penitentiary. His conviction was affirmed by the Court of Criminal Appeals.

We granted certiorari to consider the admissibility of statements made by petitioner and of evidence discovered as a result thereof. As the case comes to this Court, these are the only questions presented, there being no challenge...
