This is an appeal by T. W. Lyles and H. H. Muntz from a judgment entered on a jury verdict awarding Jim Johnson special and exemplary damages.

The facts of this case are particularly complicated, involving numerous transactions between the parties in their individual capacities as well as between the appellee and Ranchco, Inc., a Texas corporation, wholly owned by the parties.
