Wolford, temporary administrator of the Estate of Charles Darrell McMullen and defendant below, appeals from a judgment rendered in Probate Court No. 3 of Harris County, Texas, and attacks along with other points of error the jurisdiction of the said court to try a personal injury lawsuit.
