Defendant, Paul Eugene Umbower, upon a stipulation of facts presented by the government, was tried before the district court and found guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) (robbery of a federally insured facility) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (aiding and abetting).
