FAULKNER, Justice.

Chapman brought suit against Allstate for fraud and fraudulent misrepresentations. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Allstate and Chapman appeals. We affirm.

Chapman, a resident of Tennessee, was injured at a horse show in Montgomery in March, 1976, when she was kicked in the knee by a horse which Allstate's insured, Eugene Hill, was unsaddling. Several days after the accident Hill told Chapman that he had a homeowner's policy with Allstate...
