This is an appeal from a judgment granting a bill of review under sec. 31, Tex.Prob. Code Ann. (1956). In 1973, plaintiff, Sandra Faye Smith, instituted suit against Mary Maude Dussetschleger and Wanda Jeffries to declare heirship of the estate of Frank Dussetschleger, deceased.
