OPINION

HARBISON, Justice.

In this workmen's compensation case the employer appeals from an award of death benefits made to the widow of a deceased employee. The Chancellor found that the death of the employee on April 10, 1976, from a myocardial infarction was causally related to his employment as an over-the-road truck driver for appellant. Although the factual issues presented are extremely close, we are of the opinion that there was sufficient evidence...
