CARRIGAN, Justice.

D.A.K., a minor, was found by a jury to be a neglected and dependent child. Section 19-1-103(2), C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl. Vol. 8). The child's mother, the respondent, J.K.S., here appeals that determination. We affirm.
