This is a trespass to try title suit. Plaintiff-Appellants L. G. Wilder, Jr. and wife Madeline Wilder sued Defendant-Appellees First Mortgage of Texas, R.E.I.T., and Enchanted River Estates, Inc., for title to and possession of a 2.80 acre tract located in Bandera County, Texas, and for damages.
