GARRISON, Judge.
This is an appeal by defendants T. L. James and its insurer from a judgment awarding plaintiff Jules Vicknair $7,666.29 for injuries received when a tire on defendant's truck blew out, causing the tire's metal rim lock to come loose, roll across the highway, and strike Vicknair on the leg.
