NEBEKER, Associate Judge:

Appellant Helene Kessler urges this court to reverse a final judgment in a divorce proceeding on two grounds: (1) the trial judge erred in ignoring, in the final judgment, a proffer of settlement, and (2) the trial judge, after finding that appellant had deserted the marital abode, misapplied the law in barring her from receiving alimony. We conclude that no error was committed by the trial court in disregarding the alleged proffer of settlement...
