The Special Fund and Delores Mae Parker have taken these consolidated appeals from the February 24, 1978, judgment of the Logan Circuit Court. In that judgment, the court directed the Workmen's Compensation Board to find Parker's occupational disability in an amount in excess of the 35% which the Board had found and to place some of the responsibility for payment on the Special Fund.
