This is a personal injury suit brought by the plaintiffs Christine Dixon and her father Thomas Dixon against the defendant Royal Cab, Inc. The plaintiffs brought an action to recover damages for injuries allegedly sustained when Christine, a 2-yearold child, was struck by a taxicab owned by the defendant and operated by Ronald A.
