OPINION BY JUDGE WILKINSON, JR., March 6, 1979:

This is an appeal from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) denying unemployment compensation benefits to petitioner (claimant) pursuant to Section 402(b)(1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law)1 and assessing liability for a non-fault overpayment pursuant to Section 804(b) of the Law, 43 P.S. § 874(b). We affirm.
