This appeal arises out of an action sounding in tort, brought by Miguel Romero against Guadalupe Zamora for damages to the plaintiff's cattle allegedly caused by the defendant's willfully locking the plaintiff out of an easement over the defendant's land which the plaintiff normally used to gain access to his ranch.
