This is an appeal from a garnishment proceeding in which plaintiffs sought to recover amounts due on their $50,700 judgment for personal injuries and loss of consortium resulting from an automobile collision with Ralph Jones. In the garnishment action against Farmers Insurance Company (Farmers), Jones' liability carrier, the trial court found for garnishee and following reversal on appeal the cause was transferred from the Western District of the Court...
