Plaintiff Roberta Abraham brought this action for injuries she sustained when her face and arm were struck by a television tray which had been thrown through the air by a mowing machine operated by defendant Ernie Johnson. The parties stipulated that Johnson, at the time of the occurrence, was acting in the course of his employment for defendant Wayhaven, Inc. Plaintiff received a jury verdict in the amount of $4,500 and judgment was entered...
