MOWBRAY, Chief Justice:

A jury found Willie Sulton Henderson guilty of the crimes of burglary and of rape, robbery and the infamous crime against nature, all committed with the use of a deadly weapon. Henderson seeks reversal on two grounds: 1) that the trial court erred in admitting the in-court identification of witness Helms, and 2) that the evidence presented was insufficient to support the guilty verdict...
