Leo Pugh filed a malicious prosecution action in the Circuit Court of Warren County against T.D. Easterling and Big Ten Tires of Vicksburg, Inc. The suit was based on an affidavit filed by Easterling against Pugh charging Pugh with a misdemeanor.
