Plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the district court affirming his termination as Chief of Police of the City of Glendale. We affirm.

Plaintiff's allegations of error turn primarily on the legitimacy of a hearing held before the Glendale City Council concerning the City Manager's decision to terminate him as Chief of Police.
