This is a case in which recovery is sought for personal injuries resulting from an automobile-pedestrian collision.

In the early evening of November 25, 1974, at approximately 7:00 p. m., John Gonsoulin and Kenneth Adams, both age 17, were riding in an automobile owned by the Adams family.
