This is a workmen's compensation case wherein the claimant, Paul Donald Sullivan, brought suit against the appellees, City of Okolona, employer, and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, carrier, for injuries sustained during the course and scope of his employment with the City of Okolona as a volunteer fireman.
