This is an appeal from an order of modification of child custody. Ronald Lee Callaway and Lois J. Callaway were married when he was 18 and she was 15 years of age. Laura J. Callaway was born to this marriage on August 23, 1974. After a brief unsettled period their marriage was dissolved on November 24, 1976.
