Dr. Regina Flesch filed the complaint in this sex discrimination case on December 21, 1976. Defendants moved to dismiss the complaint on a number of grounds, and I entered an order on June 23, 1977, dismissing several portions of the complaint. See 434 F.Supp. 963 (E.D.Pa.1977).
