STATON, Judge.

Bobby Sallee was adjudicated an habitual traffic offender under the Indiana Habitual Traffic Offenders statute1 and ordered by the court to surrender his driver's license and not to operate a motor vehicle in Indiana for a period of ten years.

The only issue which will be considered on appeal is whether the finding of the trial court was supported by sufficient evidence.

We reverse.
