Moore to recover certain money and property in his possession allegedly belonging to the Maggie Dove Littell Estate. Texas Bank and Trust Company recovered judgment against Moore for $39,523.08 plus ten percent interest per annum from July 12, 1972, and exemplary damages of $5,000 plus nine percent interest...
