This slip and fall case involves an appeal from a take nothing judgment. The basic facts of the case are simple. Hermelinda Bosquez (plaintiff) was a customer in defendant's grocery store. While shopping for groceries, plaintiff slipped on a quantity of baby food and fell, thereby sustaining personal injuries.
