This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated robbery. Punishment is imprisonment for ninety-nine years.

Appellant asserts that the evidence is insufficient to sustain his conviction because the State failed to prove the corpus delicti; there is a fatal variance between the allegations of the indictment and the proof; V.T. C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 29.03 is unconstitutional...
