OPINION BY JUDGE CRUMLISH, JR., September 18, 1979:

The Common Pleas Court of Delaware County held Dunwoody Village, medical center and adjoining property tax exempt.1 The taxing authority, Marple Newtown School District, appeals. We affirm.
