Plaintiff brings this action to compel production of documents pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act ("Act" or "FOIA"), 5 U.S.C. § 552. Defendants, prior to the institution of this lawsuit, provided plaintiff with 876 pages of documents in response to a series of FOIA requests. Additional documents were withheld, and many of the released documents contained redactions, which withheld and redacted documents...
