Appellant challenges Appellee's release from custody on a habeas corpus petition. We affirm.

Appellee was arrested in St. Johns County in November 1978. He posted bond but, after he was discovered to be on parole, was detained in jail for ten days. He was released on December 1 without charges of parole violation having been filed. He was arrested again, however, on December 18, 1978, on a warrant issued...
