BYRD, Justice.

Appellant 0. J. Chronister was found guilty by a jury of criminal solicitation in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-705 (Repl. 1977) and sentenced to 30 years imprisonment. We reverse because of the action of the trial court in permitting the prosecuting attorney to testify during closing argument of appellant's counsel.
