PER CURIAM.

Schoonover appeals from a dismissal of her third amended complaint for failure to state a cause of action. While we affirm as to Counts 2 and 4, and the striking of paragraphs 14 and 22, we find that Counts 1 and 3 otherwise state a cause of action.

Remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
