Gerald George Weir and Daniel Wesley Davis appeal from judgments entered in the district court1 upon jury verdicts finding them guilty of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(d) and 2. The district court sentenced each appellant to a term of twenty years imprisonment.
