The primary issue to be decided in this appeal on a suit in trespass to try title is whether the trial court erred in impliedly finding that appellant, Drewsilla Radford, the defendant in possession of the subject property, and her predecessor in possession, Juanita Medina, did not convey sufficient notice to the owner of record, appellee, Alejandro R. Garza, to notify him that their tenancy relationship herein was being repudiated...
