This suit was brought by J. D. Hedley and John B. Carter (plaintiffs) against Nicholas R. duPont, Eugene duPont III, Ridgely, Inc., Terra Resources, Inc., and CRA, Ltd. (defendants) to recover under agreements to convey interests in oil and gas properties. The trial court sustained certain of the defendants' special exceptions to the plaintiffs' third amended petition and, upon the plaintiffs' refusal to amend or replead, found as a matter of law...
